NCC Men's Basketball closed out their regular season games for the 2018-19 season by hosting Crowley's Ridge College on February 16. Seniors

Crowley's Ridge was first to add points to the board but an early 8-2 run from the Sentinels gave them the 7-point lead with just under 12 minutes remaining in the first half (14-7). Crowley's Ridge began to make up the deficit and led by as many as 9 points in the first half. At the half, NCC trailed by 6 points (30-36).
In the second half, the Sentinels tried to break into Crowley's Ridge's lead but Crowley's Ridge maintained their lead. With 10 minutes left, Crowley's Ridge extended their lead to double digits (46-59). A late 12-2 run from the Sentinels put them back within striking distance with 40 seconds left in regulation (67-71). Crowley's Ridge sealed the game with made free throws, ending in the 7-point loss for NCC (68-75).
Seniors
Matt Lillquist and
Jontay Williams each contributed 7 points. Lillquist also led the team in rebounds with 9 and Williams had 3 assists.
TJ Rivera added 18 points and
Jordan Makanjuola finished with 8 points and 6 rebounds.
For Crowley's Ridge, Devin Graves scored 18 points.
Next, the Sentinels will continue on to Regionals in Moore, Oklahoma.
