The NCC Men's Soccer team dropped their second game of the season to Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN on Labor Day. The Knights improved to 1-1-1 on the season with the 8-0 victory.
Possession was dominated by the Martin Luther for most of the afternoon, but the Sentinels were only down 3 heading into the break. Unfortunately, the depth of the Knights proved to be too much as they scored 5 in the second half to decide the contest. On this afternoon, 7 Knights would find the back of the net.
Luis Lemus tried to get the Sentinel offense going with all 4 of his shots being taken on goal. Nebraska Christian (1-2-0) will look to regroup and rally before taking on the Presentation College Saints at home on Saturday, September 7, 2019.
