NCC Women's Basketball hosted Presentation College on February 11.
 
The Sentinels came out strong offensively and never let up. At the end of the first quarter, NCC led by 10 points (18-8). The Sentinels outscored Presentation 23-9 in the second quarter giving them a 24-points advantage at the half (41-17).
 
In the second half, NCC continued their offensive momentum and extended their lead to more than 30 points. At the end of the third quarter, the Sentinels led by 27 points (57-30). 
In the fourth quarter, Presentation managed to cut into the lead but NCC continued their momentum and came out with the 17-point victory over Presentation (69-52).  
 
Jazmyne Santiel totaled 28 points and 7 rebounds. Kayla Bloodworth put together a double-double with 12 points and 15 rebounds. Bloodworth also had 7 blocks and a career-high 6 assists. Jessica Hinde contributed 6 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists and Alexis Frondarina added 9 points and 5 rebounds.
 
For Presentation, Jada Campbell scored 11 points followed by Karly Sanchez with 10 points.
 
Next, the Sentinels will host Crowley's Ridge College on Saturday, February 11 at 2p.m. for Senior Night.
