MOBERLY, MO - The Nebraska Christian College Sentinel Women's Basketball Team traveled to Moberly, MO to play Central Christian College of the Bible as the final game before Christmas Break. The Sentinels were poised to close out the semester strong as they rolled to a 94-61 victory. NCC took control early with a 30-point first quarter offensive explosion. From there, the defense took over holding CCCB to just 26.5% shooting for the game.
Offensively, NCC was balanced and strong as 5 Sentinels scored in double figures. NCC Coaches were very pleased with the way their team finished the semester. Coach Carlson said, "CCCB is a good team and one we didn't want to take lightly heading into break. Our girls have found a really good rhythm together and we look forward to getting some rest and getting back to work in January. I couldn't ask for a better note to end on before Christmas."
The Sentinels will return to action in 2020 when they play Bellevue University on January 4th.
