CHICAGO, IL - Sentinel Men's Basketball traveled to Downtown Chicago to take on the Moody Bible College Archers. The Sentinels and Archers traded baskets early, but NCC was able to build a small 36-28 lead by halftime. The Archers again kept pace with the Sentinels to start the second half. At the 14 minute mark,
Isaiah Collier hit a three for the Sentinels that sparked a 13-2 run to push the lead to 20. NCC would never look back after that and go on to win 79-51.
The Sentinels won with a very balanced attack in this game. Ten different Sentinels scored, and 4 of those got to double figures.
Isaiah Collier led the team with 15 points and 6 rebounds.
Jordan Makanjuola and
Uzi Felix each had 13 points, and
Drue Aguilera scored 10 in his return to action.
The Sentinels will stay in Illinois to take on Lincoln Christian College February 10th.
