CRETE, NE - Nebraska Christian College was in Crete, NE playing at Doane College. NCC had a tough time getting anything going in this matchup and found themselves down 16-31 at the half. The Sentinels played hard, but lost with a final score of 81-42.

Jordan Makanjuola was a bright spot for the Sentinels finishing with 10 points and 5 rebounds. Freshmen, Jeremiah Coleman also played with great effort leading the team with 8 rebounds and contributing 7 points

The Sentinels will next host regional foe Ecclesia College. NCC beat Ecclesia in Arkansas by 2 previously this year. The Sentinels will be celebrating senior, Jordan Makanjuola, prior to the 4pm tip off time on Saturday, February 1st. The game will be played at D.J. Sokol Arena.
