MOBERLY, MO - Nebraska Christian College was on the road against Central Christian College of the Bible Tuesday night. The Saints are off to a good start this season and kept that going in the first half against the Sentinels. Despite solid defense, the Sentinels still found themselves down 4 to the Saints heading into intermission. NCC was able to regroup at the break and exploded for 52 second half points while holding the Saints to just 32. NCC moved to 5-2 with this 86-71 road victory.
The Sentinels had 4 players reach double figures including a game high 21 points and 8 rebounds from
Drue Aguilera.
Kyle Bohuslavsky,
Jeff Butler, and
Uzi Felix were the other 3 Sentinels in double figures and
Isaiah Collier nearly reached the mark with his 9 points on 3-5 from 3 point range.
The Sentinels will catch an exhibition game with NCAA D2 Missouri Western State on Saturday before returning to Omaha.
