On Thursday, October 17th the Sentinel Soccer Program traveled to Manhattan Christian College for a double-header. It was the second meeting of the schools this season. Previously, the Sentinel Women won on September 28th and the Men dropped a close match on October 9th. 

The Women's game kicked-off first, and Nebraska Christian took control early. Madeline Aguilar continued her point streak with goals at the 19:08 and 69:39 marks. The Sentinels would also lead in possession and shots over the Thunder as they secured the 2-0 victory. The Sentinel Women will be in action again on October 21st when they host Faith Baptist Bible in the last home game of the season.

The Sentinel Men gave a strong effort but were unable to convert opportunities into goals. Manhattan Christian was able to find the back of the net and finished with a 4-0 victory on the day. Nebraska Christian will have a short turn-around as they host Ozark Christian College (3-6-1) on Saturday, October 19th.
