NCC Defeats Kansas Christian
NCC Women's Basketball hosted Kansas Christian College on January 23.
The Sentinels took the early 6-point lead to start the game. However, Kansas Christian answered with a 9-2 run, giving them the 9-8 lead going into the second quarter. NCC came out strong in the second quarter with 10 unanswered points, giving the Sentinels back the lead (18-9). Kansas Christian cut the lead back down to 4 points, but NCC extended their lead to 17 points by halftime. At the half, NCC led 32-15.
In the third quarter, the Sentinels quickly built their lead up to 21 points (36-15). Going into the fourth quarter, NCC led by 19 (46-27). The Sentinels started the fourth quarter with an 11-0 run, extending their lead to 30-points (57-27). In the end, NCC came out with the 63-32 victory over Kansas Christian.

th triple double of the season and 8
th career with 20 points, 18 rebounds, and 10 blocks.
Alexis Frondarina totaled 14 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists and
Janice Saulters ended with 8 points and 6 rebounds.
Kansas Christian's leading scorer was Faleshae Allen with 11 points, followed by Quaneisha Davis with 10 points.
Next, the Sentinels will host Oglala Lakota College on Friday, February 2 at 5p.m.
