NCC Women's Soccer traveled to Winfield, Kansas to take on Southwestern College on October 10.
 
During the first ten minutes, both teams remained scoreless. Then, Southwestern had an offensive spurt where they scored three goals in three minutes. The Sentinels quickly found themselves down 0-3. Southwestern continued to score and as the first half came to a close, NCC trailed 0-6.
 
In the second half, the Sentinels could not stop Southwestern's scoring. In the end, NCC suffered the 0-10 loss to Southwestern.
 
Goalkeeper Paige Hickey recorded 11 saves for the Sentinels.
 
For Southwestern, ten different people each scored one goal.  
 
Next, the Sentinels will travel to Springdale, Arkansas to take on Ecclesia College on Monday, October 15 at 12p.m.
